As a metal detector myself, I must say the comments are funny. People think all we find are nickel and dime. Those go in the left pocket. The right pocket holds the gold, silver or any other precious find. I have been asked many times what I've found and I always just dig in my pocket and pull a hand full of coins. To date I've collected just under 7 ounce of gold. Sitting in a box just waiting for a rainy day. The change has paid off the detector and then some.
