Hi All! For those of you who would like to jump around to specific topics, I've made a Timeline, please check out the Video Description ☝️
⭐For hands-on practice on doing a Bioinformatics Project (from Scratch), check out the following video:

Thanks a lot! Great vids! For sure I wil follow and practice, very helpful
I’m doing BS in Chemistry, intersted in Biochemistry, chemistry of life and also in computational approaches so that’s why I’ve been studying Python and Data Science recently. It seems like I’m going to learn so much from your chanel, I will be happy to study the papers too

And returning to your question about bioinformatics tools:
Not all tools are present for sure as I think& And those which are present will develop and transform in means of better data processing etc Those tools will adapt to new problems^ some of them will be brought together. So in my view it is a case of some kind of dynamic programming when many researchers across the wold work to solve bigger and bigger cases based on what have been already done.

It is fascinating to see the bridging of the gap between different fields of knowledge. Recently I’ve been preparing a presentation about computational approaches in chemistry and I learned about a project which used methodologies from computational linguistics and text-analysis to develop retrosynthethic software. I really want to promote a bigger bland between bio-related fields and chem-fields.

Hi your videos are awesome and very helpful. Please can you make video on scope of genomics snd bioinformatics data science. How to start journey, what to study, which country has demand, salary everything in detail.

Great job!!! I'm a bioinformatician working for a sequencing core facility. I sometimes teach bioinformatics to graduate students and find out that a computer sci student lacks of understanding in biology. Vice versa a biology student is not comfortable with unix command line or statistical testing. So, it's critical to balance both skill!!!
BTW, are you Thai? Where are you teaching at?

Thank you for this brilliant lecuture
A request:-
Could you please suggest me a protocol of structure based virtual screen by using opensource softwares?

Good day. I am new to your channel, I have subscribed to your channel after seeing it from my search results on topics regarding bioinformatics. I am a graduate of Computer Engineering but I want to do research and further studies (PhD) in Bioinformatics but i dont have much biology and chemistry background, will it be viable for me to do it with such constraints

Do you have PhD project to Do. Will you be my guide?

I've learned more in just first 2 videos than the first 200 hours of andrew yang's horrible class.

This is a good intro but it doesn't really talk about genetics... at all.
