btw, not hating or anything, but instead of using the word dilated there, you would use the word diluted.

When you added the water you probably weren't getting the mixed version. The regular perfume was still in the spray part of the bottle so you were spraying that and not the mixed version. I hope that makes sense

This happend to mine when I tried this! What I did was clean the tho g that it stays out of and it won’t mild and will be good as new, also another suggestion is that you could maybe put a tiny bit more water so that the smell doesn’t wear off or so the smell doesn’t where off you can put on the body butter that it comes with but if you don’t have it you might just need to keep reapplying the spray and put a mini spray bottle in your bag so your can put it on when your out shopping or something

Oooo definitely gonna try this probably with distilled water just in case!
little note pretty sure you mean diluted (weakend by the addition of a liquid), dialted is refering to something becoming larger (the pupil of your eye dialted in darkness)! Not a big deal but might help explaing in the future!

The reason it smells way worse now is because when you first spray it the not diluted perfume that was trap in the tube of the spraying mechanism (straw?)/(Tube?)

The second time you spray the diluted perfume gets sparyed out

So the scent rn is the scent of the diluted perfume hope that helps if you read this😊

When you first added water, there was still perfume in the straw. Thats why it smelled almost identical

I did that with 4 of my sol de janeiro and it took 1 month to clear up and in all of them there was no mold ❤
