Fantastic post....this is the word that really needs to be spread. My son lived in France for a while and he distilled his water because the house was old and he was already disgusted by the smell of the tap water and when he has sent me the pictures of what was left in the my god, nobody will want to imagine how toxic this residue was. It was just disgusting, yellow dark, stinking and looking terrible..

You can add some pink Himalayan pink salt and fresh lemon to a glass of distilled water to help with electrolytes. Distilled water is also the best for use in machines, like a steam iron. Yes get your minerals from your food - great video!

Thank you so much for this video. I've been on the fence about buying a water distiller for a while now. I also recently fell down the "which water is best for you" YouTube rabbit hole. Have also debated buying a Kangen water machine in the past.
Your insight and concise explanation has brought a lot of clarification to my decision.

Thank you so much for sharing :)

I’m a raw carnivore, so I get minerals from the meat of animals which ate the plants that ate the rocks…anyway thank you I found your video to the point and very helpful. It is definitely a topic with compelling arguments on both sides.

I loved the video. But making distilled water at home isn't complicated, but to make a gallon seems like it would take forever. Do you have any tips for that. Thank you.
