Comparisons are a form of disrespect. My last gf did this once, and I called her on it. She was an amazing person though, and realized, and never did it again. I went out with a loose cannon. Probably in hindsight she was not serious about me but was just dating for the sake of it. She was definitely all over the map. Why I stayed with her for those few months probably was for a lack of experience from me and maybe it had to do the miles between us as I didn’t see her as often if we’d lived closer.
