The Ultimate Tennis Consistency Drill by Top Tennis Training
In this video coach Simon Konov will demonstrate a simple yet very effective drill using some tape that you can buy from any DIY store.
Place the tape around 2-4 feet above the normal net height and practice hitting over the tape to increase your net clearance and work on hitting heavy topspin.

Great idea for a drill. Another simple one I like is to either get a very large board or visualize that the net is a wall. This helps me to hit with more clearance because I can't see through the net which gives the illusion of a lower space to hit to

Simon great drill! I have been working on my ground stroke consistency. It's gonna take a lot of practice and repetition to get it right. Thanks for the video

awesome drill what are you thinking about when you are getting ready to hit the ball knowing you need to get that much clearance over the net...i have a bad habit of hitting short balls with high clearance and heavy topspin

What kind of equipment or things can I use to mark the net height, like the striped tape you guys are using in the video?

How do you add so much spin to the ball. Could you please make a video on that? Thanks!

Great video as always.
I am one of the few returning player on my high school tennis team.
Do you have any tips or suggestions on how to teach new players?

Do you guys have any tips on how to get match ready without the luxury of a warm-up hit? Unfortunately, Canadian winters here don't allow for any kind of court time prior to tournament matches so you typically go straight into it without any feel whatsoever. I usually just throw away the entire first set trying to find my stroke and rhythm, often making my matches an uphill battle, but once I get going, I can really work my way into the match and finish strong. I'd like to get going earlier if possible though.

I really loved you, because your courses were free for everyone, but when you started to do it for money I was really dissapointed. I thought, that you do it for people and that was why i loved you so much. You were one of the milion. And your courses were very useful. :( But I still respect you both, because you are very good tennis players :)
