Have you ever made hollandaise sauce?

It’s easier than you think, especially with this immersion blender recipe.

I’m happy to partner with @ManitobaEggs to share this hollandaise sauce recipe with you.

Here’s what you need:

2 egg yolks (use whites for breakfast)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp water
¼ tsp salt
Dash black and cayenne pepper
½ cup melted butter

Key tips:

- Keep the yolks cool and the butter HOT!
- Slowly drizzle in the melted hot butter with the blender going
- Make just before serving, it’s tricky to reheat (see how on blog)
- Try it on steamed asparagus, fish, potatoes or eggs Benny😘
