The Philadelphia district attorney is suing Elon Musk and his super PAC to stop a daily million-dollar giveaway to registered voters. NBC News’ legal analyst Angela Cenedella outlines the DA’s argument that the giveaways are an unregulated lottery and the whether the judge will rule in Musk’s favor.
