Thank you Eric, truely powerful, I wondered if I was over my head with these but no I came free. It's alot of new awareness called forth. I'm much softer in neck, throat, front of chest, still would want to be more easy and open, depth of breathe but yeah right in that tension hold is where panic sets in or maybe just Mikayla or even whaty I thought was asma, or Tina Turner died of a stroke as she'd had one before highs I think are a part of it, there's lots of fluid congestion around her I want to live a while longer, I want to die peacefully in bed. I'm placing this order but 25 more years could be if I stay / like an open are all divine hosers at the end stages of this more the tension in next/chest and high shoulders loosened their death grip. i still don’t fully understand breathing in certain places, especially in the midst of life, but, i can usually seem to do this, maybe in my lower belly lying down.

I feel that my left hip is rotated forward and the side bend is hard to do for me my shoulder hurts a little in that position
