This is my second time doing this flow and my body LOVES it! I’m working my way out of survival mode and getting my body out of constantly being on high alert and this flow made me feel so good. This is how I will start my days! Thank you

After practicing yoga for decades (prior to 2020) I have spent the last 3-4 years in survival mode and, sadly, fell out of practice (and also put on quite a few pounds... ) I have only recently learned abt Somatic movements and came across your video this morning. What a difference these seemingly small movements made in only 20 minutes time… I feel incredible! Will def be using these movements daily to help get back in touch with my inner self. Namaste.

This was my first time trying somatic yoga. Wow! Thank you! Your voice is so gentle and I think that is soothing and helpful. My neck range of motion probably quadrupled! I feel relaxed and present 🙂

I’d forgotten how amazing this really is ❤recovering from a fractured wrist and recent/surgery so had to modify 😅but feel so relaxed and the feeling of well being is simply incredible ❤
