I find I get more dehydrated in the fall winter because I don't crave water and so forget to drink it. I hear electrolytes are just as important too so if anyone has any advice for that that has worked for them I would love to hear it.

What should really be addressed is HOW to take your water so that you’re properly hydrated. Taking a little pinch of grey Celtic sea salt in your mouth every time you drink water will help the water get into your cells better, which = better hydration. No need to guzzle water down either. Try to stretch your water intake throughout the day, a half glass here and there. You should be drinking between 3-4 liters a day.

To fight your brain fog, you drink coffee, then that affects your sleep, and that will exasperate your brain fog during the day. And then you drink more coffee to hoping to fix it..and it becomes catch 22. I stopped coffee, started to drink plenty of water ( had to use an app to remind me) and things improved to the better.
