Any manual owner should pick up an MGW short throw shifter. It completely tightens up the shifting, and allows for aftermarket shift knobs. Probably my favorite mod I've done on mine. You also might consider removing the clutch "assist" spring above the clutch pedal. It's job is to make the clutch pedal easier to hold down, but it's what makes the pedal feel super weird. It also can cause the clutch pedal to stick to the floor if the clutch/brake fluid gets too hot. This leads me to the last one, which is a separate reservoir for the clutch fluid. From factory it gets fluid from the brake reservoir, which gets hot under hard braking, and also gets saturated with brake powder which can overtime damage the slave cylinder. A separate reservoir will keep the fluid clean, and the clutch system happy.

2013 Camaro V6 manual owner here, an easy fix for the body roll to start with was the front strut tower brace mod, really helped stiffen up the front body roll for an easy price and install. its true these cars can get loud fast, I did a 2nd cat delete with MBRP axle back exhaust, you can manipulate the gears a little better than an automatic if you dont want it too loud driving around town however drone on the HW is there.

We bought a 2011 Berger Camaro 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier!!! Thankfully they modded the car at the dealership when it was delivered by Chevrolet. Wonderful car and all great modifications!

I got a 2010 camaro ss with a Magnuson supercharger with 1000 injectors, slp full exhaust long tube headers no cats only resonators, short throw shifter, eibach lowering springs, bmr trailing arms and toe rods. Hotchkis front and rear swaybars, zl1 differential with zl1 axles and driveshaft and mrr m017 wheels with 315/35r20 on the back . I’m sure I’m forgetting more stuff 😂 I love the way these cars look lowered with wider wheels

I've had my SS for 4 years now and love it. Coils, sway bar, trailing arms, brake pads, and a short throw are all these things really need. That and a small cam :P

The worst upgrade I did was long tube headers, & fast flow cats (only two). It pulled all the bottom end torque outta the car. I'm having to go to a rear end gear swap, 3.45's it is. Hopefully this will help give me some lower end grunt.
2014 SS automatic.
I've done a full suspension upgrade from BMR. The only thing I did not do to the rear end yet is the solid cradle mounts. I have. 27mm three-way adjustable sway bars front & back, 1-In lowering springs, ZL 1. Bilstein shocks & struts, BMR strut tower brace, subframe connector underneath the body, 275/40/20 up front & 315/35/20 in the rear, stainless steel braided brake lines, etc. car handles nasty. You literally will feel every imperfection in the road. I love it. As for engine modifications, K&N C.A.I., V-Ram Wedge throttle body spacer, removed every A/C piece (I live in FL...I know), long tube headers, two fast flow catalytic converters & a tune. Great throttle response at 70 plus miles an hour.

Bushes and coilovers do wonders. You can't rebadge a RS V6 auto but you can put a LS3 and TR6060 in it and have fun all day driving her. The ultimate RS upgrade

Ayy I still love my 2014 to this day. Cant believe its already an 11 year old car lol. I remember back when the concept came out in 2006 and I was saying NO way GM would never build that, thats insane.. ( Look at the cars made back in the early 2000's this thing looked like a stealth fighter UFO meets muscle car )

My car, my people, my everything!!! Made 45mins or less away from me.

Also, you don't have to do suspension first. I would learn it stock, get it to about 550whp before even scrolling through the BMR catalog.

After that, when the suspension or brakes are up for servicing, then I would grab the suspension goodies.

Basically can build a complete Camaro SS with a blower for $80k CAD including buying the vehicle.

Lowering changes rear geometry so careful with the rear axles breaking even with stock power, SS rear diff is hit or miss but mine has been fine for the past 12 years of track days and daily driving.

Lastly, get 305s for the rear on 11inch wheels. Just use the Z28 wheel sizing and you will NEVER have grip issues around corners.

Seriously this car is at the round table of goat American cars.
