* Similar to tampons (insertion like it goes inside)
* Last up to 12 hour
* Pool safe
* Not wasteful
* One time purchase
* Discreet - Like it doesn’t sound like I’m eating candy at the bathroom stall everytime I go and I have no strings or pads it’s very low key
* Less odor/ no odor while cup is inside
* No dry tampon scraping
* Feels like nothing is there (When inserted properly)

Cons
* Learning curve (difficulty inserting, knowing when to change and finding your most comfortable position for insertion)
* Will see blood 🩸 might be messy for some
* Cup removal issues (just relax so you don’t tighten your muscles)
* Maintenance (sterilizing/boiling the cup)
* Leakage may occur when fill or not inserted properly
