I will be making a PART 2
The Difference between these common menstrual products is more than you realize😳

#tamponcons
- 3x more TSS cases than menstrual cups
- worse for the planet. You will use 9,000 tampons by the end of your life.
- unless you purchase organic tampons they all contain harmful chemicals for your body and can cause worse cramps.
- more expensive. You will pay around $2,000 for disposable period products compared to $100 for reusable period products.

#tamponpros
- less messy compared to cups. With Menstrual Cups you are bound to get your hands dirty, but the more practice the less mess.
- easier to use. Tampons take considerably less time and research to learn probably because they have been around for so long.

#menstrualcupcons
- very messy to use especially the first couple of periods, but gets increasingly better with time and practice.
- difficult to know which size to buy. We recommend taking our quiz to find this out or measuring your cervix height.
- can be difficult to learn. Some women pick it up right away, but others (like me) can take up to 3 periods.

#menstrualcuppros
- saves your money. You will save up to $1,900 if you buy a cup.
- better for your health. Studies have shown that cramps can be linked to tampons because they dry you out and release chemicals into your body. Some women will notice fewer cramps after making the switch.
- holds more. A tampon holds 5-10ml while cups hold 20-40ml. That means longer wear time.
- can wear through the night. Since cups are made from medical-grade silicone and can hold enough to last you all night you can leave a cup in for 12 hours.

These are most of the pros and cons, but look into them yourself and obey you will end up buying a menstrual cup.

I just started using a Menstrual cup and I already noticed its better for me. Tampons used to kinda stop my period completely. The menstrual cup though messy it works just fine. I only started using yesterday but I've been using tampons for years. I can now sleep without staining underwear with pads as well because you can keep the menstrual cup in for 12 hours or less.
