Personally the best for simple is t-rox plant, pango cold, Congle air, oaktopus water, drumpler earth, and fire oasis maw. It’s usually the most effective. Though you can swap pango and congle like mazz tom says, they both work.

So far I’ve used this method to breed 12-18 a day with double structures
Congle: cold, air, fire oasis
T-Rox: plant, mir. plant, mir. air
Pango: mir. cold, earth, mir. earth
Oaktapus: water, mir water, mind
Drumpler: faerie
Maw: I breed on both plant in between T-Rox since it’s quick

as im farming zynths i guarantee to breed monster on these islands:
T-rox -> Plant Island
Congle -> Cold Island
Pango -> Air Island
Drumpler -> Earth Island
Maw -> Fire Oasis
