Warm up (3x)
1. Side To Side Burpees 10x (5:02)
2. Switching Mountain Climbers 50x (5:37)
3. In And Outs 20x (6:11)


Workout (3x)
1. Crucifix 20 times (6:55)
2. Plank Side To Side 30x (7:36)
3. L - Sit Kicks 20x (8:17)
4. V - Ups 10x (9:17)
5. L - Sit Switching Legs 20x (9:48)
6. Boat Hold Leg Flutters 30 seconds (10:22)
7. L - Sit Hold 20 seconds (11:15)


Routine should last about 20 to 30 minutes depending on how fast you do everything and how often you workout. Do 3 reps of the warm up and workout. I hope this helps you guys.

Hey man I would just like to personally thank you.. I was 14 when I saw this video weighing in at 209.4, the average weight of a grown man is 197 pounds. The only person who said they loved me was my parents. I got called fat ass every day by my "so called friends" and just experience how hateful human beings can be. I hated myself so much and wanted just wanted to die to get away from the bullying. You have changed by life and that was 3 years ago. I have since changed and turned that 209.4 pounds into muscle. I admire my muscle every day and take care of it as if it was my own child just so I never have to go through that again.
