Healthy Salmon & Rice 😩
16oz Salmon
1.5 cups sushi rice
2 1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
Seasonings for salmon:
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Set oven on a high broil, and heat up the sheet tray for 15 minutes
Cook the salmon 6-10 minutes about 6-8 inches away from the broiler
Sauce:
1/4 cup light mayo
2 Tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 Tbsp low sugar bbq
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
Same seasoning as the salmon
Finish with cilantro or parsley and thank me later
