20-Min Salmon Rice Bowl (Better than TikTok's)

This must-try salmon rice bowl starts with crispy rice, quick pan-seared salmon, and a delicious topping of fresh herbs, vegetables, and feta cheese! Top it with my tahini green goddess sauce from earlier (find that video if you haven't seen it!)

INGREDIENTS:
For the salmon
🔹1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
🔹 2 teaspoons dried oregano
🔹 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🔹 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
🔹 Zest and juice of 1 lemon
🔹 Extra virgin olive oil
🔹 Kosher salt
For the crispy rice
🔹 3 cups cooked basmati rice
🔹 3 to 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
🔹 1 tablespoon Ghee
🔹 Extra virgin olive oil
🔹 Kosher salt
For the toppings
🔹 3 baby bell peppers, cut into rings
🔹 3 green onions, trimmed, whites and greens chopped
🔹 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
🔹 ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
🔹 Feta cheese, crumbled

Hey there Susie!👋 I was wondering, could you do a Suburek recipe? Or at least the water/village dough? I love burek, but I don’t like filo🙈. And another great looking recipe! I’m saying that because I already have a line of your recipes to be made. All the ones I’ve made are fantastic, and in regular rotation already, so I know this one will be good too. And yours are the only fish recipes I have any luck with. ✌️

This seems very versatile--not sure you could have crisp quinoa, say; but other than that...the meat (or tofu), veggies, and toppings all seem to be interchangeable--and with a bunch of options for sauces (don't much care for tahini but I might try the green goddess). I also like this is a normal amt of food. Don't know quite what it is, but I see the "bowls" which seem like a bunch of unrelated foods piled high in a bowl.

Colors are so off. Lemons look like potatoes, olive oil looks like turkey gravy. So ugly.
