lady...you sure your times are right? That steak needs 3 mins a side max . then wrapped and left for 3 mins. Putting it in the oven is madness

If you want your steak well done (like me) then you need get thinner steaks so they don't get burnt outside.I prefer goat meat for my steak.Has far less fat and more protein in it.No to mention that it tastes amazing with some tzatziki sauce on top.
