Two Top Chef contestants are making the best fried chicken in New York. The fried chicken recipe includes a sweet tea brine.

I never thought I'd ever agree with youtube comments, but I think everyone here has a good point. Why tell everyone that you don't eat fried chicken, then commence to tell us how this one place in NY has the best fried chicken?  It's like a person who knows absolutely nothing about sushi telling people where to find the best sushi. If you know nothing about something, then please leave critiquing and dispensing advise on where to find it, to those that do.
