It's such a horrible system in general. If they put some time into fixing the way Reactors and External components work then they wouldn't need such a junk filter. When 99% of the items you pick up are junk it's not great.

The rolls should be seperate drops that you slot into the reactors and you should just have to farm the correct type and mounting.

I do it the opposite with unused and preferred stats purple and gold only, the bad thing is that it won’t mark purple items as junk, there’s no way to select stats you want and only apply them to legendary tractors and junk all others

This is actually really helpful because I feel like I have possibly dismantled some useful reactors because I was just trying to empty my inventory to create space.

Junking profiles would be nice to save settings or being able to apply a profile for certain reactor types or descendants.

Many are saying it does not work. Understand that it will not delete the items for you it just flags them as junk. Later when selling them you can still check what they have. Though if you wanted to quickly delete them to continue farming and it doesn't work right I can understand. From what Bush has explained here it should at least be something to help find a reactor etc. I too want a Gley reactor with cooldown and duration, excluding them from trash will make it easier to see them but I will still be checking the junk ones ha ha.

If I am selecting ultimate then there is no use in checking purple or blue reactors. Also there should be a check button to filter both stats and not only one. I just got this 2 problems with the filtering system

you can fine tune it even more then that if your looking for a gold stat on the reacter set the skill all as gold and what skill your looking for as rair and when you filter all it will leave the skill your looking for that is gold unmarked this will allow you to farm all the rair stats out and lower so you go for the gold every time

If only you could also filter the rarity level of the sub stats themselves eg: Exclude Gold sub stats only, and delete the rest. That would be amazing
