I think u nead to discharge your battery to just 20/30% and not 0 cause thats only for lead batteries. And if you charge it don´t fully charge it at once. Fully discharging and charging can even harm the battery.

I have what may or may not be a stupid question, when it comes to the part when you wear down the battery do you do it by using the computer normally or by running many programs at the same time to make it wear down faster?
