Did as you said but still would not repair. So I went to the Advanced Options, then Start Up settings, then chose to start without malware protection. My home screen came up upon reboot, then went to Settings and deleted and then reinstalled the last Windows update, restarted and problem solved!!!

I recently installed a malware game and after this I am having this issue bot the only solution works is reset this pc option,
In winRE using option keep my files,
But note that your all installed and downloaded application will removed

In adavnced options, at the furst, I can see ext and continue to windows (11)....
Not as windows 10....
