Does wagyu live up to the hype? It's a word thrown around so often these days that I don't know what to believe anymore. So, I thought I'd purchase the world's most expensive wagyu, which retails around $500/LB, and really take a close look at the details.

I'm honestly really happy for the people that had the chance to try wagyu. It looks like it is a heavenly piece of meat that many don't have operatunity to experience. I love cooking and watching people cook and the look when a person loves what you made. One day I will have the opratunity to know what wagyu tastes like
