pay for water when the city purifies and pumps it to your house not when you have a lake in your backyard

1st violation is just a warning. These are millionaires who only have to pay about $170 PER YEAR for a raw lake water contract. What is wrong is that LCRA is selling them a quantified amount of water, such as an acre foot which is 325, 851 gallons per year - - - which they really will only use perhaps 6 months out of the year in warm weather, but then the LCRA is telling them they can only water twice a week. Hey, if I enter into an annual contract for raw water, that 325, 851 gallons is mine, and I can water whenever I choose, take 'em to court !

if the lake is on state land then its stealing, it would be the same as the city comming on to your property if you have a lake, reflecting pool, or a coy pond and taking the water out of it for city use.
