I have never resonated so much with this. I had a creepy guy at work pay extreme close attention to me. Taking notes of everything i was doing and love bombing me with attention. He was slowly body shaming me and he was turning what i was saying around on me. Thank god i caught this and immediately ended contact with him

This happened to me and I wasn't aware or prepared for it. I was totally unaware that it was happening and it took me over 4years to realize it. It then took me another 2 years to regain my composure.

A lot of people are very needy. I was raised to be kind to everyone. Perfect strangers tell things that are too intimate. It's scary. I hd no intention of establishing a relationship. I was just nice and my usual cheerful self.

My mother was the narcissist in my life. She not only took things I’ve told her in the past in confidence and used them against me but she took pieces of it and twisted it into a more sinister narrative. She’s infected most of my relationships and was even infecting my own child. My family and I have been free of her poison for over a year and I only wish I would have went no contact sooner.

Omg what do you do if you just like complimenting people 😂😂 ? Should I just not say anything nice anymore?! I feel love bombing is my natural thing when I see good humans or things as hahaha it’s so dark here, it’s amazing when anything makes me feel it’s worth complimenting! Please advise 😅

Do they intentionally do it; or they just try to twist your vulnerability; because their mind is twisted; they have to throw dirt on others to make themselves feel better; what drives them to demean others.
