Man I totally agree with you. Are use it for my photography and also my drone photography. After every flight I dump my SD card into this. I once lost a drone and lost all the footage on it because I wasn’t backing up constantly. But I am totally in love with this device and it seems like you use at the exact same way I do. I also edit small jobs and sample photos on my iPad Pro through Lightroom.

How epic is it being able to back up a session directly after you’re done. If you have a single card slot on your camera this is a MUST. (Hint hint Nikon Z7 folks 😉😉)

Hello John, thank you for this video. Many reviews that I have seen speak of this external disk to backup SD cards, but I would like to use it literally as an external memory for my laptop (I am a graphic designer and ocasionally edit videos). Do you see that it is a viable use? There are two reasons I am interested in this model: to free up space on my laptop, and to have a drive that does not generate one more cable. Thank you!
