if your case is "switching to linux", answer is ubuntu. yes there are other distros that looks like windows but huge advantage of ubuntu is the size of online community help. if there is a thing for linux, there is a specific tutorial about it for ubuntu(/debian) with %99 chance.

I tried your video of installing ubuntu. But my wifi is not working in ubuntu. The physical wifi button on my hp laptop turns red in color and doesnt work after i am in ùbuntu. I updated upgraded drivers still not working... name of adapter is ralink wifi adapter... in windows wifi is working...please any solution?

Your information about kde neon is incorrect. Kde neon can run any gtk application. You can run any gnome application without mayor issues. Please check and fix this part. Nice video btw.
