Efficient Energy Transfer Mechanism

Plenty of rounded backs, no explosions yet. BUT that doesn’t mean it’s the most efficient energy transfer system.

If you’re noticing incomplete mechanics on an athlete during warm up, here’s another quick + dirty test to see if they’re hitting 120-130 degrees. This is not just about incomplete hip flexion or impending back issues. This is about coaches taking responsibility for their athletes’ positions, identifying missing ranges of motion, and prescribing either a pre- or post-workout solution to address it.

Plenty of rounded backs. Plenty of Demi-humans hiding under superhero masks, too. Get those masks off and work to restore full capacity.
