I have your mako black steel pan so I will do it on this one but love your idea of the salad as my daughter loves all your rice bowl recipes and yes I do as well but this one is so quick - never knew cornflour is the secret to your crispy skin - I noticed you did not add salt to your chicken first or should I do this before adding cornflour, as I have noticed you say the salt takes out the moisture and this is how you get crispy chicken but you did not do it on this recipe and your chicken turned out great - love your recipes so much and your quick ones are super easy and extra tasty thanks for your wonderful recipe can not wait to cook it❤️❤️

Hi Marion, , , I noticed your red peppers. I grew those exact ones from seeds I brought back from Indonesia. Interesting how the green are spicy, and ripe red ones are not. Anyway, what do you do with them in bulk? I also find they are very heavy with seeds. I love them

My problem is the inside is never cooked through or it’s cooked in the middle and crispy black on the outside 😂
