I had not idea that most of my everyday problems and struggles were rooted in PTSD. You can't passively move in your life without taking care of your PTSD. Important work!

Thank you for sharing this! I can identify with all seven signs across my history, but fortunately, only a couple of them still apply to me. It is only by the grace of really good therapy, and a lot of hard work that I have managed to move beyond four or five of these attributes. Thank you so much for helping people by sharing this information.

Yes, almost all of these, if not all of them at different points in time. I don't have toxic friends anymore because I solved that problem by simply not having friends.

There is great information here! but it’s very hard to listen to with the loud, distracting and annoying music .
I would suggest no music or if you have to have some, choose something calming and serene. This would help your listeners to stay listening and get the valuable help and insights you are offering.

Hi Valerie, can you talk a bit more about simultaneous fear of failure and success that feels like constantly fighting yourself and missing out on opportunities because of anxiety? I feel like this is my main problem that I've not been able to put words onto and I've never heard anybody talk about it before so I would really appreciate a video or some text about it to understand it better from your experience. Thank you.
