Mustang Mach E all-electric SUV is available all-wheel-drive system is proving popular with customers across the U.S., particularly in northern and Midwestern states – and almost all reservations in New England include all-wheel drive.

Ford has tested its all-electric Mustang Mach-E in extremely cold and hazardous conditions at Smithers Winter Test Center, an 800-acre world-class facility in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Here, Ford development engineers have worked to evaluate performance over the most challenging roads and in the harshest of elements.

“Mach-E’s available all-wheel drive is designed to help instill driver confidence in all conditions,” said Robert Iorio, Ford Mustang Mach-E vehicle engineering manager. “The team has integrated e-drive propulsion, all-wheel-drive calibration and brake control in a way that optimizes fine motor skills to enable an immediate response in low-traction conditions and ensure the performance expected from Mustang – even in the snow.”

Mustang Mach-E starts at $43,895, not including an available $7,500 federal tax incentive; with it, the entry-level price is even more attractive for an all-electric SUV.

Zero interest for that car over here in our camp 👎🏼 the market is already flooded with small crossover type hatchbacks. Ford should reserve the Mustang name for the “real” mustangs.

They can make commercials all they want, but they aren’t even for sale and don’t have a charging network, rendering it useless to buy. Can’t really call out tesla for quality issues when every Mercedes including the expensive ones have creaking plastics on its dash.

It’s a really nice and cool car if people would grow up and accept change and get over the name

Remember the Mustang II in 1974. Not really a Mustang... it was a Pinto with dressed up sheet metal. Marketing guys had their heads where the sun doesn't shine. Same marketing guys are is the Mustang III.
