How to enable Virtualization Technology intel vt x is disabled in virtualbox-vmware

Umm I was trying to enable the Intel Turbo Boost on my Lenovo G500, but all I found was an option that said, "Intel Virtual Technology" is that it? By the way, i found this by turning my laptop off and then turning it back on but spamming the F2 button and it showed me the menu. I couldn't find the Intel Turbo Boost. Any idea on how to enable it??

Hi 4 video, but, i cant fix the problem. i enabled in the bios, but th e problem not fix. show the msg:

This virtual machine is configured for 64-bit guest operating systems. However, 64-bit operation is not possible.
This host supports Intel VT-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled.
Intel VT-x might be disabled if it has been disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting.
(1) Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings enable Intel VT-x and disable 'trusted execution.'
(2) Power-cycle the host if either of these BIOS/firmware settings have been changed.
(3) Power-cycle the host if you have not done so since installing VMware Player.
(4) Update the host's BIOS/firmware to the latest version.

I use ubuntu 14 64 bits, but i would like to use window 64 bits, but i have the message. I am using vmware 6.
