Wind chimes work well at the edge of a treeline or a pie tin tied to a stake in the ground. Give the pie tin something to bang against when the wind blows and you have a homemade noise maker. No animals were hurt in the makings of this device 😉

Think about a guardian breed to help minion and the cats protect. I have 5 now. Three rescues and two high end paid for a Dogo Argentino and a black Belgian malinois. Couldn't do it without them. Oh and a Raven I raised last year tells everyone if something approaching!

I'm a device fan, but for chicken/duck protection is a Tuffy 410 turkey, with turkey load. 3lb and works, even an almost miss does the job intended. Long time doing= easy is just easier.
