Part 6: Xiegu in Digital Mode - JS8Call & FT8 are quick setup

Setting up this radio for JS8Call and FT8 was pretty basic, with no issues and no extra equipment needed. One single cable for all data/audio/CAT communication between rig and computer.

FT8/JS8call Settings for Xiegu x6100:
CAT CONTROL:
1. Select Xeigu x108G in the DropDown menu
2. Select Comm Port
3. Baud Rate 19200
4. Data Bits: Default
5. Stop Bits: Default
6. Handshake: Default
(Don't Change anything else)

RIG OPTIONS:
1. PTT Method: CAT
2. Mode: Data/Pkt
3. Split: None
4. TX Delay 0.2 s (I believe this is default)
5. Leave other defaults including "Hold PTT..." checkbox at the bottom (unchecked)

AUDIO
Input and output need to be set to USB Audio Device!

I set the input/output audio according to your instructions, however the radio goes in TX but it trasmits what comes from the radio mic. Can you please help? Thanks!
