- 25 gms Green Cardamom
- 4 Black Cardamoms
- 25 gms Cloves
- 1/2 Nut Meg
- 50 gms Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Mace Flowers
- 100 gms Ginger(dried)
- 12-14 Black Pepper Corns

For everyone asking about the amount of chai used to make the tea after. Use about a teaspoon per cup of tea. If you want a stronger spice taste, use more. Boil a cup of water with the chai spice for a few minutes, then add a tablespoon of black tea leaves and a cup of milk. Bring it back to a boil, and then immediately cut the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes. Then strain into your cup.
