1 inch knob Fresh Ginger, halved
3-inch stick of Cinnamon
3 Whole Cloves
1 star anise
1/2 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Green Cardamom
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 tsp Allspice
3 tbsp White Sugar
2 tbsp Assam Tea (or any black tea)
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Water
