past four years they've been saying it? Omy. I was and still a bit of a fan of Robert Kiyosoki guy from Rich Dad books. I've been a fan of his for well over 15 maybe 20 years now. He is the reason i became a real estate investor. But Robert has been talking of a marker correction for well over 10 years and specifically in housing. folks have been talking about a correction in my opinion for 10 + years at this point. The only lesson is that NO ONE WILL EVER be able to predict this stuff, period. as bad as our national debt is, how crazy it is to either have interest rates at any level, to high or two low ... this crises and and crash talk is nonsense. The ONLY time it will be a crises is when the world replaces the dollar for respected and trusted currency. until then we will have normal market ups and downs... that it.

Crash is so over used for dramatic effect. 2008 was the first in 100 years. Guess what happened almost 100 years ago now? The Great Depression. More likely than a housing crash.
