Clear Value Tax fan right here. I’m here to listen but most of all I need to confirm my boi isn’t being misrepresented on this channel.

In 2005, I started warning people that the housing market was going to crash. I was called all kinds of names. When the crash did happen, my wife and I were on the boat that so many missed. Travis, don't stop! You are spot on.

I listen to both channels and ngl, Brian kinda pissing me off talking about statistics that the federal government is giving…. But we know the government constantly lying.

Love the way you started this. Discussion, not name calling is what we need

What makes it different to vote for a party rather than an individual? This year is going to be worse than the last, no doubt about it. Due to poor investment decisions that I would not have made if I hadn't been so concerned about my portfolio, I lost a significant amount of money last year. I continued to invest, but I was undecided about whether to begin making house payments. I eventually sold my jobs, and the house required more work than I had anticipated. I don't know how long I can continue doing this; the entire American popularity contest concept is ridiculous.

The thing clear value tax is missing, is that since we are dealing with real estate and not stock, its not very liquid… calling a crash 3-5 years “too early” can still be very beneficial. If you correctly call a housing crash tomorrow, people who bought last year and just got laid off are screwed.

With a background in accounting myself, I’ve been following, listening and learning from his podcast since/before he hit 20k subscribers. No matter the city or state, all people see are empty commercial spaces from defunct companies. I’m sorry, but maybe he’s been paid to push this new narrative that he’s actually been pushing for several months now.

I can find countless properties in Florida that have dropped up to 30% off initial listing price which others got easily in 2022 and early 2023 and are still sitting for over 60 to over 100 days and alot are now under the sellers purchase price and under 2022 and some even at 2019 prices. Official data which is what i think Clear Tax is referring to is very different from reality on the ground at least in my areas.

I’m a Realtor in north Dallas area. Nothing but price drops, one in the highly coveted master plan community called Windsong Ranch had a $140, 000 price cut, builders are now starting to offer 4% FIXED interest rate buy downs, things are shifting 👌🏼 in Texas and that’s NO JOKE

I never really hear Brian mention all the jobs being lost and how that affects the RE market

🎉🎉🎉 I find it amazing how so many people are still buying homes right now with all the information that you and other YouTubers are giving out for free.
Buyer’s Remorse will continue for a very long time.
Great stuff today Travis. Tons of love and respect, Carlos

Brian isn’t seeing the forest for the trees. Anyone taking the Zillow “housing prices reach all time highs” article and running with it has instantly lost their credibility.
Bill gates walks into a bar and Brian screams “the average bar goer is a multimillionaire!”

I have seen his videos being advertised but have not listened to him. Just from listening to him, he talks in absolutes. The problem is that everything is a process, meaning to get into a recession or a housing price crash, takes time, and steps need to happen before you can define it as a crash. He is talking about picking an absolute point in time and not understanding the process.

Thanks to you Travis. Following your recommendation, I started researching into Abby Joseph Cohen Services. Thankfully it was a little over a year ago now, I started an lnvestment with Abby's Services and that allowed me to be on much MUCH more stable ground in the face of global financial upheaval.
So thank you, your channel, and your employees. For what it's worth, it made a difference for me and my little family.

I'm in Michigan, and the housing market here over the past 7-8 years has been unprecedented. Houses that were purchased for $130K in 2015 are now going for $590K. These are tiny, poorly constructed 950-square-foot homes in quiet, mediocre neighborhoods. Meanwhile, nicer, average-sized homes in better neighborhoods that were over $300K a decade ago are now selling for $750K+. It's wild.

I have been watching Brian for years. I can tell that he is wrong about the housing market because he only bases his prediction on demand and inventory. He is also hard on the idea that if there is not inventory, the market will stay strong. Just to remind him that in the last recession there were 3 million foreclosures.

You're doing an accurate job, Travis. The economy is wrecked by 15 yrs of easy money. You consistently warn viewers of this. Keep on going.

I have been looking at Chicago suburbs and people are still overbidding.

Honestly, Travis, it’s not only inapplicable but wrong to call someone a troll who is calling out the inaccuracies from those proclaiming to share facts and yet who are false. I value telling the truth over becoming a hive mind.
