People really underestimate what 2-3 lbs of new muscle per year can do for a physique. That’s just 1-1.5 lbs every 6 months! Over 5 years, that adds up to 10-15 lbs of pure lean tissue.

I believe you’re natty. Maybe some won’t, but I can tell. Just by the delts and the face. Maybe you did a cycle of anavar on a cut, MAYBE! But, this achievable with dedication

I have a question. During these 14 years did you encounter times where you couldn’t stick to your routine and diet cuz either you were sick, busy, or traveling. Just wanted to know because every few months I have to take a week off because something random will pop up. Want to know how much dedication is needed (working out during travel, working out at home if gym is temporarily out of order) or if taking a week off every few months would be completely fine
