Not your average Oatmeal Cookies 🍪 #amazingcookie #oatmealcookie

Makes 24 cookies

3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1.5 cups rolled oats
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 stick (113 g) unsalted butter at room temperature
3/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp molasses or honey
1 egg at room temperature
1/2 cup chocolate chips, dried fruit or nuts (mix it up as you prefer 😊) I used white chocolate and dried cranberries

Follow steps in the video and bake at 350°F for 10- 14 minutes. Let cool and store in airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
