Oatmeal Raisin Cookies!

Check out these delicious oatmeal raisin cookies!

Here’s the ingredients for 12 small cookies:
90g Unsalted Butter
75g Light Brown Sugar
50g Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
135g Rolled Oats
70g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon (more if you like cinnamon a lot) 75g Raisins

If anyone was wondering here’s the recipe-

About 6 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
About 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup raisins
1tsp (or more) cinnamon

Yields about 12 cookies
Put in for 8mins at 180C or 356F ~ 350F

Mine spread like crazy and I ended up with a thin sheet cookie. They needed more time so I cut them into pieces and continued to cook. Plan to use like granola.

I didn’t have the sugar bc in Germany all stores are closed and we don’t use sugar often so I used powdered sugar and worked just fine
