Of all the trials I’ve seen in the past year or two the male prosecutor in this one is the best lawyer out of all of them. Granted, he had all the facts in his favor

The Male prosecutor is outstanding! I have watched many trials, many lawyers and judges, but this prosecutor, wow! Experiencia, professionalism, character, great ideas, and way to express them, all in one lawyer! Many more like him please law schools 😅

I know he likely won't get paroled in 20 years, but I hate that is even an option. He committed premeditated murder. He stalked Jeff German, laid in wait for him, then slaughtered him. He had plenty of time to rethink things and NOT take his life, but he didn't, which shows he's a very dangerous and twisted individual. Life without parole would have been the only appropriate verdict.

Defense was disgusting trying to guilt the jury into thinking it’s on them to give him a break. Telles can rot.
Jeff German’s siblings are absolutely lovely people. What a huge loss 😢. Prosecutors were great, especially the male one.

Crazy they would allow possibility of parole after 20 years after he planned and murdered someone.

He is a cold hearted killer! No remorse!

He looks like he’s crying but I don’t see tears…..

Jury had mercy. He could parole at age 68. Why bother with life in prison if you can get out in 20 years? I don't understand. Did Telles apologize? Was he remorseful?

This man can't even apologize to family.

He will never be paroled without admitting guilt.

The jury was an absolute disgrace! They took way too long to render a verdict, the evidence was definitely overwhelming, and the Prosecution bent over backwards to be nice to Telles during sentencing. He showed no remorse and took no responsibility. He should have gotten Life Without Parole.

He's not getting in 20 either he has admit guilt to get parole and be remorseful for what he did. He will never do that. So he will stay. Or he will die in there.

Telles didn't show any mercy to the victim in this case. How can his attorney, wifes and mother plead for mercy?? The victim is gone forever!!

I wonder if the jury realized what they just did by giving parole eligibility in 20 years.
Telles would get out and be YOUNGER than his victim was when he murdered him. That just wrong.

Well. His whole defense was... "I didn't do it, I don't know how my car was on scene, , the shoe under my couch, the bag in my toolbox. I don't know how my internet history showing dozens of photos of the crime scene and all of the victims personal info on my work computer got there.. but I didn't do it..

I don’t understand why in Nevada jury gives sentence after verdict the judge should make the ultimate decision now he has parole after 20 yrs possibly!

His ex wife is more distraught than his current wife

What I often don't understand is, why a sentence should take into consideration that the (here) murderer is a good father - isn't it a good father's task to think of that before they murder s.o (a planned murder).
I also don't understand how his education and profession should lessen the sentence: you are better equipped to find solutions with a good education, legal solutions without taking a life.
