LIVE: Vegas Reporter Murder Trial — NV v. Robert Telles — Hearing

Robert Telles is due in court Monday for his final hearing before heading to trial for the murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German. After German wrote several articles about Telles, a public administrator at the time, he was found stabbed to death outside his home in September 2022. Prosecutors claim Telles’ DNA was found under German’s fingernails. Telles has pleaded not guilty and says he was framed for the murder.

Watching the lawyers and everyone else in the courtroom living their lives, joking, laughing, and knowing they're free to go out to a nice restaurant after the proceedings when you have to go back to a cell must be beyond excruciating. I really don't think I could bare it. I guess I'm admitting that I don't do the crime because I know I couldn't do the time, as the old saying goes lol
