yes this move is also called an ariel, here in the UK it’s commonly called a ‘free cartwheel’ i said no handed because none gymnasts won’t know what a free cartwheel or ariel is. pls stop complaining lol

There is something so graceful about this. The music, the movement itself, the fact that you did this while your hands are locked, showing to everyone and yourself as well that the disabilities that you have wont stop you.

Hey, Love I know this will get lost and you wont see it.

My boyfriend has CP however he has a very smart brain which is uncommon for them. He has to deal with people talking to him like hes stupid as well as bad looks, people knocking over his crutches, people making from of him. But he never let it get to him. He can do everything that any normal person can do, he may need to take a few extra steps to climb up stairs or go down a hill but he makes it! You remind me of him and I love seeing you not letting your disability affect how you live your life. Your amazing, please dont ever stop! You always have someone in your corner and I think that's so amazing. Thank you for spreading information like you do

I used to do this as a kid and absolutely loved the feeling of being mid air no contact holding me up.
Now I can't even walk in a straight line
