Nate Peterson asked "How much time do you take doing one exposure?" This really depends. Readiness, willingness, and more are needed. Some clients start their first exposure on the first day after assessment. Some require more groundwork. That's the beauty- as therapists we can work hard to meet someone where they are at and personalize.

Hey Justin! My question is about how to do exposures with sexual content if you are a Christian? I have Scrupulosity and i have a sexual obssesion: sexual thoughts with womans, fear of looking so much for attractive womans etc.. Do you have any tips of exposures i can do without hurt my faith?
