Ark Encounter - Noah’s Ark Replica Theme Park

Ark Encounter is an all-wood, life-size Noah’s Ark in northern Kentucky built to the dimensions provided in the Bible.

The final dimensions of the Ark are 510 feet long, 85 feet wide and 51 feet high, which makes it the largest timber structure in the United States and the largest timber frame building in the world.

*1) "Noah's Ark was Fake, it's just a story in a Book"* - Disneyland is not real either, it's based off the fantasy world in Disney cartoons, but what do both have in common, they are both theme parks to take your kids for a family outting and have some fun. I am not saying Noah's Ark is real, but I am saying this Theme park is, and it has a lot of attractions for the family to have a fun day out.

I love how people want to knock God.... you weren't there you didn't live back then ...you couldn't build a bird house much less the Ark.. you have a choice to believe or not... I believe because there is to much order out of all this chaos. We are just floating on a ball in space... look around you... if you don't love this planet that on you and if you don't believe in God that's your choice...but don't knock someone for their belief. It took a thousand workers 2 years to build this. At that rate Noah and his sons took 250 years to build the ark. And don't forget the modern version was built using power tools and lifting equipment. No nail guns and electric drills back in Noah's day. And they would have had to cut down all the trees themselves and make the planking. So probably add another 250 years on for these factors.

Fantastic place to visit, very well done, everything explained in detail. and easy for children to understand as well. Re-enforces what I have studied from the Bible, and believed my entire life. Gives an excellent visual re-enforcement to knowledge attained.
