Defeating Adventism # 123 – Seventh-day Adventists – The Clear Word Bible - A Heretical Book Part 2

Показать описание
This video will examine the new product launch of the Clear Word Bible in 1994 and observe how this book was defined and marketed to the Seventh-day Adventist church members. Then this video will examine how the marketing of this book changed once controversy ensured.
The next topic of interest is the accurate definition of a paraphrased bible and then show how the Clear Word Bible fails to meet the most basic of definition for a paraphrase. The Clear Word Bible will then be compared to other religious books of doctrinal bias such as the Jehovah Witness New World Translation and the latter Day Saint (Mormon) The Book of Mormon.
The Clear Word Bible will be shown to be a cursed book according to these Words of Jesus Christ because the Clear Word Bible has added and subtracted to the words of the Book of Revelation:
Revelation 22:18-19 ESV (18) I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, (19) and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

Question for SDAs: Would you kindly share with us your view of how the Clear Word should "paraphrase" John 3:16 in order to comport with SDA soteriology?

I too enjoyed the comment, "It's good for starting a campfire.". I had a good chuckle! As always Jim, excellent work and very much needed - THANK YOU!!

Another excellent, well researched video. I wish that this information was available years ago when I became ensnared by this group. I eventually figured out that some of their core doctrines were false and left the Adventists, but this information would have been helpful to me back then (the early 1980's). Hopefully others who are thinking of joining the Adventists will seriously evaluate the information in these videos.

Regardless of what it's called it still exposes how they twist Scripture.
Keep up the great work Jim.
Blessings Brother 🙏

Bravo!! 👏👏👏

Hard for the SDAs to refute when you cite their official sources, as you do in most all your videos.

I pray your channel goes viral. 🙏

Without Deception Adventism Would be Rejected! Just like NAR Nothing About Righteousness and their Passion mistranslation. Don't forget the JW's they also have their own so-called Bible. God bless you brother and your ministry! Guys keep Israel in your Prayers!

I laughed at that statement too. We have to add all the books of EGW and all their publications from the beginning to the same campfire 😂😂😂😂

Enjoyed the video! Proverbs 30:5, 6-Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in him. Do not add to His words, Lest he rebuke you, and you be found a lier. Pretty clear! Thanks for your hard work! Much appreciated.

Wowww, thank you very much.
That was very eye opening.
Can you please explain to us how SDA believes that Jesus did not die for our sins but Satan did as the scapegoat.
Thank you from Mauritius ❤

It specifically changes verses on the state of the dead, and the Sabbath and Daniel. Saying the Pharisees made up the story of the rich man and Lazarus is not paraphrasing. Trying to claim that Acts 20:7 was Saturday night is not paraphrasing. 1 Timothy 4:3 calls forbidding meats a doctrine of demons, changing the word "meats" is not paraphrasing. These are all examples of "changing", not paraphrasing. Because the rich man and Lazarus doesn't fit adventist theology on the state of the dead, Acts 20:7 doesn't fit the Sabbath doctrine, and the doctrine of demons of forbidding meats would make the "health message" not biblical, which Ellen White added this entire "health message" to the book of Revelation. None of this is paraphrasing.

Are you aware the SDA sends Ministry Magazine to all regular Christian churches? I wanted to have a talk with the pastor at the Lutheran church i atrend and in the waiting area was that magazine along wih the Lutheran magazines. I brought this up to the minister. He told me all the Christian churches got it.

_"SDA and their most holy book."_
It's like a criminal caught red-handed on video committing a crime, yet still claimed it's a misinterpretation of what happened.
Now a question, What is this phenomenon called? For sure it is somehow mentally connected.

General Question: Do you believe SDAs practice a works-based salvation?

If so, then please explain why you refuse to believe SDAs when they highlight the biblical model (salvation by grace through faith, love for God leading to obedience to Him by faith in Him/not ourselves). Why do you guys reject this conclusion?

Can anyone explain this b/c right now it doesn't make sense.
