ITF Taekwondo would be a much more realistic form of fighting and self defense for a all out situation, it’s Karate but more focused on kicking and light foot but just not solely on kicking and maintaining far distances

Taekwondo is so underrated it’s a great martial art and it’s not mainly kicking there is a wide variety of technique, it was made for the Korean military so it’s not weak.
