Mid range - Jab, Cross, Hook, leg Kick, Flying knee

Long range - teep, Head kick

w about the backick, if im not wrong the karate one work well at mid distance and the taekwondo can also work at far distance

We have to admit that Taekwondo has the best kicks, fast and agile, but Karate has a lot of stamina, resistance to blows and more strength in the arms and kicks.

My friend is black belt in taekwondo while I’m karate and we usually show off each others skills to see our differences and teach each other some skills and combat since I’m stronger with arms and he’s stronger with legs!

Taekwondo
Close distance: elbow and knee strikes, axe kicks and what is shown in the video

Medium distance: roundhouse kicks or double roundhouse, front kicks, side kicks, hook kicks, back kicks

Long distance: spinning roundhouse, any kick with skipping (roundhouse, sidekick, front kick, etc), aerial side kick.
